Hi, I know some people are coming from Diet Blog facebook, so I should introduce myself to such a newbie of here. Originally I set up this blog for providing the information about South Beach Diet to both the Japanese and English readers living in Japan!

I have been translating Diet Blog since Jan 2008, when I stopped writing English entries at all. Because there were not many English readers. In addition, my entries are besed on the translatied article, so you could read the original one on Diet Blog!
